•  •   How long does delivery take ?
• All the books are immediately available and are usually posted on the following working day. The time of delivery for books up to 1 kilo (two or three copies) is 1-2 working days within Austria, 4-8 working days within Europe, and 9 to 21 working days beyond Europe.
   
•  •   How much is the shipping ?
• The shipping for a copy within Austria is 2.50 €, for each further copy another 0.50 € is calculated. Shipping for one copy within Europe (Switzerland included) is 3.50 €, for each further copy another 1.50 € is calculated. Worldwide shipping is 6.00 €, for each further copy another 4.00 € is calculated.
   
•  •   How can I pay ?
• The shop is connected with the payment provider 'Paypal' which offers a rich choice of paying methods. Customers can also order via email, fax or letter directly to the publisher. In this case they are asked to pay in advance.
   
•  •   Do I have a right of return ?
• Yes! On the condition that you send back a book completely undamaged by free delivery within 10 days after receipt, the price of the book will be refunded respectively a desired replacement will be sent.
   
•  •   Are cookies used ?
• Yes! In order to use the online-shop and other functions so-called cookes are used. Cookies are smaller text-files which are saved on the customer's computer for a short time and are finally deleted.
   
•  •   Is Javascript used ?
• Yes! The online shop as well as other functions need the use of Javascript.
   
•  •   How are personal data managed ?
• Customers can basically visit these pages without making personal references. Personal references are only asked for by the payment provider. Some of the data are conferred to the publisher as part of the order and payment confirmation. After the purchase the data are saved exclusively in the sense of tax safekeeping periods and deleted later.
